The Jolly Roger – Three Course Luncheon Featuring Rock Wall Wine Company
Chef Vittorio (Victor) Maugon and long standing Sous Chefs, Aurelie Ramsey and Wanda Joseph, teamed with a first class kitchen, bar and wait staff, prepare menu items and our daily specials using only the freshest herbs, spices and fresh fish supplied by celebrated fishermen and BVI restaurant owners, the Soares family of Anegada!
In addition to our staple menu items which include Pizzas and BBQ dishes, our Chef prepares, Caribbean, Pan Asian & Mediterranean Fusion Cuisine. Our friendly and efficient servers will provide for all your needs while at the Jolly Roger in Soper’s Hole!

Guest of the Winemakers Dinners were given a choice of either a fresh mango, papaya, and pineapple salad tossed w/ tomato, cucumber, red onion, sweet bell pepper, julienned carrots, snow peas, and toasted walnuts served with a chili, lemon, and cilantro vinaigrette or roasted cream of pumpkin soup w/ garlic croutons.
The entree was sesame-crusted Atlantic salmon with ginger teriyaki sauce served with creamy truffle, dill, asparagus risotto, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and carrot sticks.
The dessert was a chocolate-swirled cheesecake.
