Olde Yard Village, Virgin Gorda – Five Course Gourmet Meal
The Olde Yard Village Restaurant also known as the Village Cafe & Restaurant is located in the middle of the Olde Yard Village community in The Valley,Virgin Gorda. The restaurant also known for its beautiful pool setting and for being surrounded by lush gardens is known for its excellent Caribbean inspired cuisine. It is also known for its great guest service that has guests repeatedly coming back to sample different dishes on the menu.
While guests arrived and mingled they enjoyed the wonderful creations of Chef Clif Holt of Little Savannah Restaurant and Bar in Birmingham, Alabama. Chef Holt made delicious Smoked Salmon Cakes and Oysters on the half shell with a champagne sauce

Chef Brownman of Olde Yard Village Restaurant treated the guests to some local flavors of Coconut Curry Crab in a Spring Roll Shell, Pineapple and Mango Chutney, drizzled with Basil, Parsley and Dill Oil

The first course was compliments of Chef Roberto Treviño of Buda Tai Restaurant in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Guests enjoyed, Seared Ahi Tuna with Winter Salad and Kombu Sauce

Celebrity Chef Anne Burrell of Food Network created the second course for the guests, she served, Farotto(faro grain cooked as risotto) with Rock Shrimp Lemon and Herbs
