Maralyn Dennis Hill, The Epicurean Explorer, is the president of the International Food, Wine, and Travel Writers Association and editor-at-large for CityRoom. The majority of Maralyn’s articles are geared toward the luxury market, spas, corporate retreats, business events, and culinary tourism, from simple to gourmet.

She has co-authored three books – Our Love Affairs with Food and Travel; Success: Your Path to a Successful Book; and Cooking Secrets: The Why and How – and is a frequent food judge for professional and amateur competition. Maralyn also hosted a web and TV show called “Dishing with Carolina Chefs” for four years.
