The Ron White Foundation—White Knight Gala

Ron White and the White Knight; a night of white – and spectacular shoes! Held annually at the stunning MacDonald Family Estate, the White Knight Gala is a fund-raising event thrown by the Ron White Foundation. Guests wore outfits of all white, allowing their dazzling footwear to steal the show. Revenue from tickets reaching past the $1000 mark were donated to Free The Children‘s GO Local initiative – a youth empowerment and leadership program.

In addition to the limitless hor d’oeuvres provided by renowned Canadian chef Jamie Kennedy, guests were treated to the inspirational piano talent and serenaded by three (of the four) Canadian Tenors. A live auction, brought alive by CBC’s George Stroumboulopoulos , helped raise tens of thousands of dollars, while the crowd sipped on traditional glasses of Piper Heidsieck Champagne.

No dress or pant suit was stained. And even if it were, the night remained spotless.
