Q: What type of traveler are you? (i.e., adventurer, cultural explorer, free spirit, rejuvenator, spa aficionado, etc.)
A: I’m all of the above. I’m an adventurer, and I love learning and exploring different cultures. I just recently got back from Bali. I love to be immersed in different cultures; it has definitely changed my life. And I LOVE to be pampered. Spa days are a must when I go on holiday.
Q: What types of activities do you like to do on your travels? Do you look for a place where it’s quiet and you can relax or someplace that has great activities or nightlife?
A: It depends on the place. When I travel through India, I look for healers and yoga retreats. When I want the nightlife, Ibiza, Spain, is my favorite city to visit. You can relax on a boat in the beautiful ocean or dance the night away to amazing house music till the sun comes up!
Q: When thinking about where you will travel to next, what inspires you to make a decision? And what, if any, research do you do about that destination?
A: I love to watch the Travel Channel or the Discovery Channel. You learn about the most remote places hidden in the world, and usually they are the most breathtaking.
Q: What is the most memorable trip you’ve taken and why?
A: Luckily when I was in Pussycat Dolls we got to do a show in Cairo, Egypt. It was one of the most remarkable places I have ever experienced. The pyramids of Giza are absolutely breathtaking and something to definitely put on your bucket list.
Q: What is the best food find you’ve ever found on a trip?
A: Verona, Italy, has, hands down, the best food I’ve ever tasted.
Q: What, if anything, do you always take with you when you travel?
A: I always take my computer. This way I can keep myself entertained on long trips and stay connected to my world. Almost everywhere you travel to now has Wi-Fi.
Q: What’s your best piece of travel advice?
A: Always make sure you are safe. There is some danger traveling to foreign countries so always educate yourself before traveling to a destination that’s foreign to you.
Q: Where are your favorite weekend getaways?
A: I love going to New York City. The nightlife and the restaurants are so sophisticated. If you are looking for a beach weekend, I recommend going to the Bahamas. The water is crystal clear there. In my opinion, it has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Q: Where would you like to travel next?
A: I would really like to visit Greece and all of Italy
Q: Tell us about your upcoming project(s).
A: I am currently about to release my second single, “Again.” There was a lot of rehearsal and preparation for the launch. This song cuts deep through my heart; I hope people are able to connect to it as much as I do.
