Desperate Housewives, Beverly Hills Housewives, and Gorgeous Jewels

So, Jetsetters… a couple of posts ago I introduced you to one of my female entrepreneur inspirations Loren Ridinger with an exclusive interview for Jetset Extra. If I hadn’t had to leave NYC last week to get back to Hollywood, I would have loved to have seen Loren’s trunk show live and in person. After all, I am a Vanity Girl and I love jewelry and celebrities. And if it comes with a charity tie-in? I’m in!

Candy Udell, the owner of London Jewelers, said it was “a dream come true” as gorgeous desperate housewife hottie Eva Longoria Parker and Ms. Ridinger arrived to host the Loren Jewels trunk show at the London Jewelers store in Manhasset, NY. The uber-chic event was hosted by luxe publication Haute Living Magazine & London Jewelers. The event brought in a posh crowd of socialites, millionaires and fans, including the star of E’s reality hit TV show The Spin Crowd, Jonathan Cheban, Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Lisa Vanderpump and Z-100’s morning show co-host Carolina Bermudez.

Personally, I love The Spin Crowd and I find the Beverly Hills incarnation of the Housewives endlessly watchable. And, you know me, I love a charity tie-in and was happy to hear that a portion of the proceeds for this event are being donated to the Rally For Kids with Cancer Foundation. I’m always impressed by Ms. Parker’s commitment to charity.
