In addition to in-room dining, guests can enjoy a rooftop experience at the hotel’s restaurant, The Roof on Wilshire, with its vibrant American cuisine created by celebrity chef Eric Greenspan (of Foundry on Melrose fame) and panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills. Not to be missed dishes for dinner include the cooked-to-perfection grilled skirt steak with the house special Wilshire sauce (a combination of tomato aioli, pickles, hardboiled eggs, and capers) and innovative goat cheese polenta seasoned with olives, oranges, and fennel.
