Vineria Carvahlo
Hidden away on a residential street in Prenzlauerberg, is a true Spanish gem. I was on my way to meet a friend for lunch when I stumbled upon this quaint little Spanish Wine store.
Boasting a large collection of wines, there are options for all occasions. This is a great little place to escape with some wine and tapas. The Spanish owner speaks more English than German, and so do many of his friends. The Spanish flare delivers a warmth that reminds me of a Spanish summer evening in Malaga. My personal favorite red wines include a Garnacha, Tempranillo and of course a Cava. As these days get shorter and the temperatures drop, Vineria Carvalho also offers hot cups of coffee to warm you up.
