Turkish Airlines Celebrates One Year at LAX
Turkish Airlines announced their first direct flight from LAX to Istanbul with the help of Aydın Topcu, Turkey’s consul general in Los Angeles; Fatma Yuceler, the western US general manager of Turkish Airlines; Steve Martin, the Los Angeles Airport World Airports COO; and Kobe Bryant, the Turkish Airlines Global Ambassador. ABC News and other media also attended the event.
Kobe Bryant was present to talk about the amazing service and incredible features Turkish Airways offers. Three premium-flying classes are available to suit the sophisticated traveler. Business class offers feature such as seats that lean back to a full 177 degrees and offer a comfortable in-flight rest. On long-haul flights, the business-class guest will be treated to a meal prepared for them by the on-board “flying chef.”
Comfort class service, located between economy and business class, offers the convenience of business class and the affordability of economy. A personal entertainment system, USB ports, and reclining seats with footrests makes comfort class a relaxing but economical way to enjoy your flight.
Economy class offers its guests in-flight entertainment and fine dining. Even though you are in economy, your flight is still top-notch, as Turkish Airlines has been voted the World’s Best Economy Class Onboard Service 2010 from Skytrax World Airline Awards.
